A norovirus outbreak aboard a Princess Cruises ship this week sickened over 100 passengers and more than a dozen crew members with grueling symptoms like vomiting and diarrhea, health officials said. Of the 3,116 passengers aboard the Caribbean Princess, 102 reported falling ill with the highly contagious stomach virus during the 14-day voyage through the Eastern Caribbean, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
