Is Lenovo required to replace my lemon laptop under California law? Location: Alameda County, California TLDR: My Lenovo laptop I got at Costco back in Nov 2023 is clearly a lemon. The monitor has experienced the same failure mode for the 3rd time now, despite the monitor been replaced twice. Does the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act apply here, and is Lenovo required to replace the device? I purchased extended warranty on this device when it became apparent the monitor only has a 8 month life-span (Lenovo also comped me 1 year of extended warranty after the troubles from the 1st repair).
