What would you recommend between staying in a remote job or chosing a higher salary in an office job? Hello everyone, this is my first post and I’d appreciate your advice. I live in a developing country, married to a foreigner, and we have a baby. I have a stable remote job as an analyst that I enjoy, full remote working, but my role depends heavily on others’ input, and management is inconsistent, and I don't feel their support, getting the information from the colleagues takes too long and my whole job depends on their inputs.
