Please help decide roof options My insurance claim got accepted for roof replacement and a local contractor helped me with the claim. This contractor is the only GAF master elite in my area and they are also OC preferred. Overall, I did not see any bad reviews and so far they have been very good with communication and explanations. I have not decided which option I will go for yet as I will see some of their work this week and decide the color. So far the the options are: 1. GAF HDZ + Gold pledge warranty: Insurance + deductible + $200 2. GAF UHDZ(free material upgrade) + silver pledge warranty: insurance + deductible + additional $650 for silver pledge warranty (or add additional $1200 for gold pledge) 3. OC duration + standard warranty: insurance + deductible only Based on my findings (computer searches), I am not too excited about the UHDZ color options.
