Paid for my patio in December and was buried in snow finally am out on it and I..starting to see all this stuff all over it. The dark stuff feels really rough and then the paver itself feels very smooth. Then I see other parts of my paver with foot prints that looks like concrete or hydrolic cement. I tried hitting it with the hose and it didn't come off.
