I gave an interview loop for microsft 3 weeks ago. I sent followup mail to recruiter a week ago (outsourced vendor) but I did not receive any response and have been ghosted since.

Application portal says interview still. But have no clue what the status is. Anyone else in same boat? Is this normal? How long should I be waiting?
