Outdoor LED Strips Hard Wired Recs and Explanation Please New to this and trying to understand my options. Doing some construction and having the electricity/outlets installed in the exterior/interior wall. Looking for outdoor LED light strips to install under the soffit on my deck that meet the following criteria: 1. Ability to "hard-wire" from outside. Don't want them plugged into an outdoor outlet, will look better if the wire goes into the wall. Ok if they require a standard outlet on the indoor side of the wall, but electrician can provide whatever power source needed I assume. 2. Easy to upgrade or switch systems in the future if I want. Hate being locked into one system for years to come. 3. Not requirement, but would like: color changing options 4.
