Location: Kansas City, MO

I’m trying to buy a new car currently. My bank approved me for a 25,000 loan. I went to the car dealership and they claimed my bank had denied me and I need to go through their bank, chase bank, and it will raise my interest to 7%. I called my bank this morning and my bank told me that the dealership has lied, never even submitted anything for my loan, and that I’m am very much approved for this loan. Is this dealership breaking the law? I want to bring this to the managements attention.
