Court documents filed by prosecutors allege that the man accused of igniting the deadly Palisades Fire in Los Angeles was upset about not having plans for New Year’s Eve and expressed anger toward the world shortly before the initial blaze broke out. Jonathan Rinderknecht, 29, has pleaded not guilty to charges that he started what became one of California ’s most destructive wildfires.
