We're building an XR-based EdTech SaaS platform called VidyaXR. Three months ago, we launched our first public version. Since then: 1,000+ website visitors 60+ registered users ~6% visitor-to-signup conversion ₹0 spent on paid ads Everything came from organic efforts: LinkedIn outreach, founder posts, community engagement, and word of mouth. The numbers aren't huge, but for us the interesting part is that people were willing to sign up for a relatively new category that combines education with immersive XR experiences. A few things we've learned so far: Getting traffic is easier than getting signups. Getting signups is easier than getting active users. User conversations reveal more than analytics dashboards. Consistent distribution matters as much as product development.
