Laura Harrier had one of the best looks at the Met Gala last year (a custom Gap suit by Zac Posen), and she’s back for round two. The actor arrived at the 2026 Met Gala (“Costume Art” is the theme, btw) wearing a draped, nude-colored gown by Di Petsa for ShopMy.

Sooooo good.

Laura spoke about her biggest style inspirations earlier this year with InStyle, saying, “Honestly, Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy has always been a really big one for me. I love women like Diana Ross and Grace Jones. The ’90s supermodels are always huge references: Gwyneth in the ’90s, Naomi, Kate. They all looked so cool. I think about Halle Berry in the airport in the mid-’90s, that really effortless minimalism that still feels natural and cool.”

As for her own personal style, she said it’s “effortless, chic, and somehow put together and undone at the same time. I know those are kind of opposites, but I want it to feel like both.”
