It happens all the time. Driving in Vegas on a beautiful day with my windows down (or even with my windows up), and out of nowhere I’m accosted by a sickening odor — skunk weed. Or I’m enjoying a meal in a restaurant and someone walks in who reeks of skunk weed, apparenty unaware that his presence is ruining the meal. After all the effort to get rid of tobacco smoke in public places, we now all have to put up with this annoyance. It happens in grocery stores, the library (try to read in the main library on Flamingo), other local venues and even in my own backyard.Where are my rights to enjoy fresh air? I can’t be the only one who is sick of this.…
