Hi I sold a mybook studio on eBay a few weeks ago. The buyer now messaged me saying he hasn't been able to get the drive to be recognized by the computer. I wiped it via ShredOS before mailing it.

I know on mac if I were to plug it in it would say drive unrecognized or something like that ask me to initialize it then format it. Anyway to do this on windows 11? He's saying the drive won't even show up as a letter.
