Little Grandad have shared debut tracks ‘Sleepwalking’ and ‘Unmasked’, and announced three consecutive headline shows in London. The band was formed by brothers Jack and Harry Lower, who completed the line-up with guitarist, trumpet player and fellow songwriter Ned Ashcroft, as well as drummer Jimmy Brennan. Initially bonding over a love of Chet Baker’s music, the band have managed to play an impressive number of live shows over the past year where they have showcased a range of music that blends Americana, Brooklyn-inspired slacker-rock, and British indie. Now, with over 70 live shows under their belt, Little Grandad have dropped their first recorded music – lead singles ‘Sleepwalking’ and ‘Unmasked’. Both were produced by Kev Jones at The Church and The Communion Studios, and come following the band holding a sold-out headline show at the 100 Club last week.…
