And it’s the first building in California to receive Zero Carbon Certification from the International Living Future Institute. It’s only the fourth building in the entire world to reach this status. The standards set by the International Living Future Institute are considered to be the hardest to meet. This is the toughest third-party, zero-carbon certification to receive.
