MILAN — The Armani Group, Palya Invest and Sierra Blanca Estates have partnered for the Italian brand’s first residential project in Spain to be located in Marbella. Sierra Blanca Estates leverages four decades of expertise in developing luxury branded residences on Spain’s Costa del Sol and Palya Invest is a company led by entrepreneur Abel Matutes and tennis ace Rafael Nadal.
