Insurance company I just switched to is now saying my roof needs to be replaced or they will drop me…am I crazy or are my shingles not that bad? They are stating they are severely deteriorated. 25 year shingle at 10 years old. Feel like my roof is one of the newer ones in the entire development. No severe weather either. Located in the north east.
