Non-members can read here :) I just heard this analogy that will change how you navigate your days. Be a thermostat, not a thermometer. Thermometers go up and down depending on the temperature of the room. Thermostats set the temperature. You need too choose to be a thermostat. Think of it like this: You must consciously choose your mood, or else everyone else and the situation will pick it for you. And we know that what emotions we feel creates our reality.
