Our HOA board approved a project to stop the soil erosion and project contract is to remove the stone at the bottom of slope and put a straw wattle. Landscaper who maintain common area gave a quote of $127k for 105 ft. Board approved it without getting quotes from other companies and they hardly took 1 day to do 35ft of work. Can anyone provide insights on the commercial costs of laying straw wattle on slopes like in picture? This is in San Diego, CA.
