Anyone know how I can get this to stop defaulting to 7000 from 40, I have done a number of server restarts and even reinstalled Plex (admittedly I didn't do a uninstall first I just did a repair) but it keeps randomly popping back up to 7000.

Thing is this is known that having this set above the default of 40 to be one of the courses for a number of problem on the android app and has been confirmed but staff (so is under investigation).
