Three people died and more than a dozen were injured after a massive fire tore through a six-floor walk up in  Manhattan early Monday, officials said. Nearly 200 first responders rushed to the apartment building on Dyckman Street in Inwood at about 12:30 a.m. to find multiple terrified residents trying to flee from the fire escape. “This fire was a very serious fire.
