I think I'm missing something. I'm a freelance marketer, currently with a full-time client, but am also looking for new clients. I specialize in B2C startups, and am currently trying to land a full-time client as a marketing manager. I have a bachelor's degree in marketing, and my past results speak for themselves: #1 organic spot on Google after 18 months of SEO efforts; $180K+ in profits for a branding agency; 34% extra profits for a merchandising company; Just to name a few. That said, these results are not closing the deal. A freelance marketing manager would charge around $60-100 per hour. I charge $45, since I focus on startups that need to save their money. I'm not some random guy from India who does instagram posts. I'm a college educated marketing professional with 8+ years of experience, promising very realistic results given enough time. But it is not working. Does my track record look too good to be true? Am I charging too much, or maybe not enough?…
