After witnessing the grave offense of putting soda in a free water cup, a Taco Bell employee allegedly pulled a gun and started blasting — turning a sub-50-cent pour into felony assault, police say. According to police, three women entered the restaurant and asked for a cup of water. Investigators said one of the women then filled the cup at a soda fountain, which led to a verbal argument with an employee, identified as 20-year-old D'Mari Jy'Quan Patterson.
