Hey guys, We were in Japan last month and shipped a bunch of goods out of Japan to our home country UAE. The post office mentioned there won't be any issues with the shipment so we proceeded and paid the fee. Now after a month of the tracking not updating, it has updated to returned to sender. I supposed its because of the war. But we're not sure what happens to the shipment. We used our hotel address as our return address - but I was curious if anyone has faced this issue before and how they dealt with it ? Also currently it says Retention in Mukojima Tokyo - which is not the post office we sent it from either. We sent it from Oshiage Office. Does anyone know what retention means ?
