Help/Tips needed Hello everyone ! I hope you are all doing great :) I apologize in advance for any errors, English isn’t my first language. For reference, I am 18F, 157cm (\~5’2) and \~70kg (155lbs). I have been trying to lose weight for a really long time now, but I can never stay motivated. I really hate calorie tracking because it takes up so much time (looking up the food in the app, weighting every ingredient, etc.) and I don’t have money to spend on apps that will automatically scan your plates. I also have practically no free time to go on super long walks or to the gym multiple times a week. I live with my parents, so I can’t really pick what will be my dinner every night. In short, I have no idea what I could do. Now, I have a vacation planned for this summer and I would really like to lose weight to feel more comfortable wearing a swimsuit out. Ideally, I would get down to 61kg (135lbs) by June-July, but, as I said, I don’t know how I could do it.…
