Speaking by phone Monday morning, comedian Paula Poundstone was still waking up. “Part of the reason I’m so exhausted is I’ve been making two video series every day,” she explained. “I started with one in mid-August, and I do that every, well, every night, actually. I call those ‘Hey Donald Trump.’ The premise is that I’m talking directly to Trump, like I’m FaceTiming with him or something.” She also shoots daily videos counting down to the Nov. 3 midterms: “185 Days to Save Our Democracy” and the like. And the other one, it kind of varies, but at least a couple of hours.
