A Missouri delivery run turned into a criminal case after a Domino's driver was arrested for allegedly using his car to strike a customer during a dispute over a tip, according to police. Authorities say 36-year-old Zachary Nicholus Walton is being held without bond following the April 29 incident in Fulton. Officers responding to what was initially reported as an “accident with injuries” were told the situation escalated after Walton “became upset” about not receiving a tip. Investigators allege that the argument quickly turned physical — with a vehicle involved. According to a statement of probable cause reviewed by People , Walton allegedly initiated the confrontation, yelling profanities at the customer before getting into his car.
