I sanded the board to 220 grit. I rubbed on a little Tung oil all across the surface. Then I rubbed on more every other day for about a week. It looked something like how it looks in these photos. Then I coated it with the oil, let it sit an hour, then rubbed off the excess. I did this two or three times over the course of a week. And these photos show how it looks currently.
