Turnstile's Former Guitarist Now Facing First-Degree Attempted Murder Charge, Possible Life Sentence

Former Turnstile guitarist Brady Ebert has been indicted on a new charge of attempted first-degree murder in Maryland . As seen in Montgomery County online court records, Ebert was hit with a criminal indictment on Thursday (April 30) in which the new charge was revealed. The 33-year-old is also facing charges including attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and second-degree assault. The charges stem from an incident in March of this year in which Ebert was accused of having “struck the victim with his 2001 Buick before leaving the scene.” The alleged victim, who was not immediately identified in a news release from local authorities, was treated for “serious injuries” at a nearby hospital. Ebert, meanwhile, was arrested. It was later revealed that the alleged victim was William Yates, father to Brendan Yates, Turnstile’s lead singer.…
