I am currently using 5070ti gaming OC and planning to upgrade to 5080. So I found 2 options:

1) Asus Prime 5080 non-OC (brand new) for around ~1380 USD (I am from SEA)

2) Gigabyte 5080 Aorus Master Ice (Used and forgot to register extended warranty, so around 3 years left) ~1462 USD

I know they performed around the same but coming from Gaming OC, I care about temperature and overclocking potential too.

Currently my 5070ti managed to oc +400 core +3000 mem stable, can roughly match a stock 5080 performance.

For Prime 5080 even though it's not factory overclocked and lower tier, is it possible to match the Aorus Ice in manual overclocking?

Or higher tier card might have better chips thus better manual overclocking potential?
