Loki and Daredevil have yet to face off in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but there was almost a crossover of sorts behind the scenes of Daredevil: Born Again . In an interview ahead of the Born Again season two finale, star Charlie Cox revealed that Tom Hiddleston —whom he’s worked with on non-Marvel projects and is a personal friend—came very close to directing a Born Again episode. Speaking to Josh Horowitz onstage as part of the Happy Sad Confused podcast (via CBR ), Cox was delighted by a video clip of Hiddleston, who brought up their 2019 stint co-starring on Broadway in Harold Pinter’s Betrayal .
