A couple of months ago I posted in here about my dying monstera with all of his leaves going brown. https://www.reddit.com/r/houseplants/s/CC1PubzDeP Some of you suggested it was because he needed a new pot as he was getting through water too quickly and you were right. I bought a moisture meter and it showed even after five litres of water, the following day the meter was straight back to being bone dry. So whilst I waited for a new pot, I stuck a handful of his ariel roots into a stein of water, so at least that way I knew he could get enough water until that point. And oh my, he has exploded! Five new leaves, bigger and healthier than ever before. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the community for saving my boy Antwon! submitted by /u/HeroicBroccoli [link] [comments]
