The Broncos are expected to sign wide receiver Michael Woods II after a weekend tryout at rookie minicamp, a source confirmed Monday to The Denver Gazette.

Woods, 26, was a sixth-round draft pick in 2022 by the Browns. He’s appeared in 15 career NFL games with 12 catches for 110 yards. Woods is listed at 6-foot-1, 204 pounds. He played in college at Arkansas (2018-20) and Oklahoma (2021).

The Broncos must make a corresponding move on their 90-man offseason roster. They currently have 92 players with an international exemption for punter Jeremy Crawshaw.

This story will be updated.
