Roof is almost 5 years old, I can see a handful that are starting to back out. Years ago I had a Metal Roof on a house that was 15 years old and had the screws replaced. Should I just have a roofer come and tighten up these screws? What’s the typical lifespan of when these need replacing? In North West Ga for reference.
