We’ve got more access to each other than any generation in history — yet people feel more disconnected than ever.

Men feel invisible.
Women feel emotionally exhausted.

“Just work on yourself.”
“Get better photos.”
“Go out more.”
“You’re choosing the wrong people.”

But loads of people already are doing the work.

They train hard.
