Did anyone else have an open claim with Sunnova before they went bankrupt and is still waiting to be paid?

The company called Kroll is handling their claims after they went bankrupt. I received an email stating that there’s no timeline for when the payment will come through.

I do have bad leaks in my roof and it’s about 15k to fix it.

Wondering if anyone is going through a similar situation with Sunnova and Kroll. Also, if anyone has any advice for me.
