Best setup for live performance duo Hi! I'm trying to figure out the best Ableton session view setup for a duo. We both want to be able to use keyboards. We're mostly using gear already have: a Keystep Pro, regular Keystep, Roland keyboard, Launch Control 3 (not XL), and an iPad between us. We want to do a mix of improv and some loops that we modulate on the fly. One possibility is to use two laptops and the iPad with Ableton Link (which is a great feature). Each device will have a keyboard. However, with only one launch control, this makes it to modulate instruments across devices. The other option is to use a single laptop with two keyboards such that we can both play in the same project. This also makes it easier to route audio. But I'm afraid this will lead to more clashes if we both want to make some changes at the same time.
