Good news, parents. Very soon, your kids will stop playing The Super Mario Bros. Movie on repeat in your home. That’s because the sequel, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie , just got its home release date. Rejoice! A new Mario movie for them to play over and over (and probably over) again. After grossing almost $1 billion (and counting) at the box office this year, Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach, Bowser, and the gang will first be coming home on May 19. That’s when you’ll be able to rent or buy the film digitally. Then, on June 16, it’ll get a nice physical release on DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K. No word yet on a Peacock streaming date, but we’d imagine it’ll be after the physical release. So what’s on the disc besides the film itself?
