Curious how long did it take to see consistent benefits from a daily practice of meditation?

Following up on a past post - a new question has come up. I have been practicing guided meditation for almost 2 weeks. Have people had more success practicing daily or having longer sessions a couple of times a week? How long before you noticed real benefits to your daily life? Trying to set some realistic expectations, any advice or experience would be helpful!
