(Apologies for the bad lighting - there's no good angle on this but I tried to capture it as best I could!)

I've had this plant for about a year now, repotted sometime last year from a smaller pot into this one using succulent soil (I think it was MiracleGro). She gets bottom soaked every 3 weeks to a month or so.

A few months ago she started producing a lot of these offshoots around the bottom and I think there are also some roots growing from the stem but above the soil level. Is she missing any nutrients or is she otherwise stressed? Does she need to be moved into a bigger pot?
