I've just seen a comment on a previous post made by user u/JGoodle to say that 4th Dan Promotions are no longer listed in the Video Promotions on TCon.

What does that mean for 4th Dan Promotions now? Are they back to in-person testing? In the UK where we have the UK Kukkiwon Office run by British Taekwondo does this mean 4th Dan's can only be done via BT, or can independant instructors register 4th Dan examinations direct to Kukkiwon (Through TCon) as they did before the UK Kukkiwon Office?
