For the past couple of days we noticed KTOS being targeted with constant bullish flow. Now we know why. Over $4 mil in bullish premium with a huge spike ahead of the news that the US administration is planning on funding US drone companies. The stock is up over 10% in pre-market. This follows the news that quantum companies are going to get funded, which led to a nice pop in their stocks. Bullish flow again picked up prior to that.
