We reported earlier this week that Apple had reached a $250 million settlement over delays to the introduction of the new Siri features. Payouts to eligible iPhone buyers won’t be automatic, so you need to understand whether you’re one of them and be ready to act within a 90-day window … Not even the most ardent Apple supporter could deny that the launch of the new Siri was a mess . In summarizing the situation yesterday , I noted that the company had advertised new Siri features  as if they were imminent  way back in 2024  and then had to admit that  they very much weren’t . We’re still waiting today. That saw the company hit with a lawsuit over “false advertising,” and the company this week reached a settlement . As we reported, that will see eligible iPhone owners receive a payout somewhere in the range of $25 to $95 per device.
