Apple has expanded its digital car key feature to include vehicles from the Indian automaker Mahindra, allowing owners of compatible models to lock, unlock, and start their cars directly from their iPhones and Apple Watches. The addition brings the total number of supported manufacturers higher and reflects continued efforts by the company to make its digital wallet a central place for vehicle access credentials. According to a report published by MacRumors , the integration covers several popular Mahindra models sold primarily in India and select international markets.
