I've tried the Automation builder, but I can't find any triggers related to if the HVAC fan active or idle...

I only see triggers related to if you have the fan set to auto or on...

Basically I want to create an automation that turns my TP15 smart plug "ON" when the AC or Heat kicks on and "OFF" once the target temperature is reached and the system goes idle...

Choosing mode triggers like Cooling or Heating doesn't work either because the Ecobee is still in Cooling mode when idle. So the plug doesn't power off...
