Currently completely remodeling a mobile home for my first house, started with a empty rectangular prism, no walls or existing utility connections

Im pretty far along with the layout and the bathroom and what not. But I want to add all the cool stuff that my parents never let me do at their house like ambient lighting thats voice or clap activated or something cool like that, and a house-wide telecom system and house-wide speaker system ect ect. And I want to do most of it before I completely finish the house that way im not backtracking and doing twice the work (or at leaat get an idea of what i want so I can pre-wire for future installs)

Does anyone have good ideas or suggestions for modern day tech/luxury/comfort features that I should think about before adding finishing touches? Not too informed on what all is out there these days so any and all suggestions are appreciated, i have a blank canvas
