Title says it all. I've been practicing Muay Thai on again off again for a couple of years, only problem is I get super anxious on the lead up to a practice session. My gym's hours start around 6:30 and go to 8:30 but during the day, I can't help but think about it. It sucks because I do enjoy it, but that fight or flight seems to hit at 2pm on any given day then I am left shook, trying to chill out before something that is just a fun activity. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle that? I love Muay Thai, and I know that when I get myself into a place where I can let go of expectations then I will enjoy my session that much more, but I find myself really nervous when I go consistently.
