Rising star Jasson Domínguez left the 9-2 win in the first inning after crashing into the left field wall while attempting an athletic catch. As impressive as the leaping maneuver was, any excitement quickly evaporated as Domínguez spent several minutes on the ground while tended by trainers. Before the game ended, MLB.com's Bryan Hoch was already confirming that the Yankees were evaluating Domínguez for potential head and shoulder injuries .
