We’re building a B2B SaaS for B2B SaaS companies (no irony lol)
And currently we’re in the MVP stage, front end of the dashboard looks good, backend still not developed.
(It’s a validated idea, competitors already exist and funded by YC, we’re taking the same idea and making it slightly better, cheaper, more volume and more features)
It’s higher ticket (249$/mo starter, 799$/mo standard, 2k/mo premium)
I know I will have to do outreach on LinkedIn and email to targeted lists of our exact ICP once the MVP is done and we can show proper demos
But right now as we build, what should I do? I’m the sales/GTM founder.
Should I still be reaching out? Ask for what? Should I reach out to agencies and consultants maybe make a partnership from early?
I’m honestly confused, I’m a first time founder still figuring it out
