15s threshold

Hello all, Recently my company has introduced comission for TAMs based on overall division revenue. We were told we crushed q1 and would get 150% commission by mid May. Mid May came and no cash arrived, something about payroll being unprepared. We finally got told we were gonna get paid today as of yesterday and that we actually came short our revenue goal by 5%. I received my paycheck today and indeed I am being paid 95% quota instead of the 150%. There is no easy way for us to tell what revenue we generated. Has anyone ever dealt with something like this? What did you do? submitted by /u/SmolCock_BigEgo [link] [comments]
